This PR updates the reusable PR build/test GitHub Actions workflow to support authenticated Testflinger runs now that authentication is required on the self-hosted runners.
Changes:
- Adds Testflinger credentials as
workflow_callparameters and forwards them into the calledtest-snap.yamlworkflow. - Switches the called workflow ref from
@v1to@tf-authto pick up the upstream authentication changes.
