This PR fixes the publication of the Allure report, by moving it to the
schedule.yamlworkflow.The Allure report publication has been broken since the splitting the integration tests into multiple suites, as the publication happened both in the
integration_tests.yamlandrelease_tests.yamlreusable workflows.References:
