Ab jetzt wird das Plenum immer am 2. und 4. Dienstag im Monat statt finden.
Die Syntax ist:
bywdaylist = ( weekdaynum *("," weekdaynum) )
weekdaynum = [[plus / minus] ordwk] weekday
ordwk = 1*2DIGIT ;1 to 53
