Add autoafirma 1.8.2 cask
This is a "fork" from the official cask (Homebrew/homebrew-cask#151676) which fixes an uninstall issue when removing certificates.
The official cask is not maintained anymore since this cask requires sudo permissions during the install process and the CI pipeline is not passing.
