Small project to create responsive email templates and accompanying guide. Actual templates and future API to be added in future.

Please discuss, this is a first draft.

Hey @netplusdesign: can I preview your page in a friendlier format, somehow? I think we'll want to pass the content-focused guidelines by CE.

@mebates If you click on "files changed" tab

Then scroll down to the guides/responsive-email.md file and click "view", it shows an easier-to-read version. It's not in the style it will appear on the page, but it's better than the diff view.

Discussed in chat. A lot of this content is still relevant but some conflicts with in-development email standards. Leaving this open as a reference but with the caveat we don't merge it and cause issues.

@nataliafitzgerald I'm sure it could but I don't know who is best to document it, which is why I left it open.
