Production QA reproduced a real onboarding latency gap: a valid signup missed the scheduler's immediate startup run and remained pending for more than 60 seconds because confirmations ran every five minutes. This narrows only confirmation polling to one minute; firehose delivery and lifecycle attribution remain every five minutes.
Verification: 95 tests, Ruff, and full-package mypy pass.
