The public main branch needs deterministic quality validation before unrelated contributor PRs can be admitted reliably. This candidate repairs test isolation, dependency provisioning, cancellation and resource handling, explicit i18n comparison context, and the documentation and skill contracts used by the gate.
The latest change fixes process-group completion on Linux: a single-threaded zombie cannot execute and is no longer treated as a live orphan. Live, stopped, multi-threaded and unknown process states still fail closed. Three process-level regressions cover a successful child with a zombie, a failing child whose exit code must remain a failure, and an unreadable process inventory. Existing observer fixtures include the new helper dependency.
The candidate also contains the reviewed Hono 2.1.5 security update, deterministic Redis/readiness tests and capacity-qualified build runners. Production assertions, quality baselines, package validation and boot validation remain enforced.
