chore(clerk-js): Migrate to rspack for building

Description

• Migrate to rspack for building
• Simplify bundle analysis command
• Remove webpack dependencies

TODO:

• old safari version compat
• refactor configs: remove dead / commented out code, clarify config generation
• improve build output to expose more stats at a glance
• more testing
