chore(repo): Switch typedocs to being generated in clerk-docs directly

Blocked on clerk/clerk-docs#2381 being merged.

This pr switches over to running the typedoc workflow in the clerk-docs repo to generate and commit the changes in to that repo instead of the generated-typedoc repo.
