just to let you know: Checking / merging this may take a while. There is an entire ecosystem hanging under this POM.

I'm curious: Is there a particular thing that doesn't work without updating this POM?

TrackMate :/
This class does not work:

Because the version of IJ the parent pulls is incompatible with the version of TrackMate the TrackMate-clij2 pulls. So the test code does not run. Mark tells us here:

Yes, that might be possible! You may only have to provide the version of clij2.jar ...
