Replaces dependabot PR 5937, which bumps the twelve root Angular pins from 22.1.6 to 22.1.7 but cannot pass the Lint Check: the nested manifest pin guard flags the 24 declarations under src/frontend/packages/ that still name 22.1.6. That is the guard's first real catch. This commit moves root and the nested manifests together, so the tree is never out of step. bun.lock is byte-identical to the one in 5937. Re-resolving the ^22.1.7 cdk range picks up @angular/cdk 22.2.0, published today, so cdk is held at 22.1.7 to match the rest of the framework. The only other lock movement is which @jridgewell/sourcemap-codec is hoisted; no new versions enter the tree. vitest, @vitest/coverage-v8 and @vitest/ui stay at 5.0.1, and @oxc-project/runtime at 0.121.0.
