- Implemented copyAllNonTsFiles() for transpile/dev builds to copy all non-TS files from src/ to output, aligning with previous gulp behavior. - Retained copyResources() for production builds using curated resource patterns. - Removed unnecessary devOnlyResourcePatterns and testFixturePatterns. - Updated watch mode to accept any non-TS file changes.
