CG-17563: Update email configuration for PR flow

Description

This PR updates the email configuration used for git commits to use a standardized email address ([email protected]) as discussed in the QA thread.

Changes

• Updated CODEGEN_BOT_EMAIL in constants.py to use [email protected] instead of the GitHub noreply email

• Verified that the email address is updated in the constants file
• This change will ensure consistent email addresses are used in git commits

Note

This is part of a larger effort to standardize the email configuration in the system prompt. A separate task has been created to update the system prompt with guidance on using consistent email addresses for PR flow.
