Regenerated the iOS Swift config types from the canonical backend serving
spec, after the latest changes from backend repo,
PR #7097.

the canonical
apiDoc/serving/build/serving.yaml. Affected files:Scripts/generate-config-types/openapi.yaml(synced spec),Sources/ConvertSDKCore/Generated/ConfigSchemas.swift, andSources/ConvertSDKCore/Generated/discriminator-manifest.json.
