Code Review
This pull request introduces a variety of changes across the codebase. It includes adding prettier as a dependency, fixing a typo, and adding a new AI_TOOL source type. The README.md file has minor formatting adjustments. A significant logic bug in the _processAND method within the RuleManager has been fixed to correctly handle rule evaluation. Finally, several new optional properties have been added to the generated types in types.gen.ts, along with updates to some JSDoc comments. I've left a couple of suggestions to fix typos in the updated documentation.
