I added Gemini Code Assist (google.geminicodeassist) to the list of extensions for Extension Uninstalled to remove automatically, alongside disabling most GitLab Duo features in the GitLab Workflow extension in this patch.

Also in this commit:
* add GitLab Duo specifics to disable most of Duo features in GitLab Workflow extension

Thanks for opening the PR! I'd suggest we remove all the GitLab-related configuration, since I imagine there would be many more extension-specific configs we’d need to add to the devcontainer.json file, and this file would grow unnecessarily large.

Oftentimes, by course policy, students should not install or use any other AI extensions in the CS50 codespace.
