Description
Duplicates PR #591 that has been merged in CSE trunk but removed via PR #598 due to CEC "single feature" policy.
This PR can be merged into the CEC branch when/if approved.
No documentation changes.
No results changes (relative to trunk main). Signficant results changes in case chdhw.cse relative to output generated by uncorrected build.
