This PR updates the examples to Cypress 14.3.2 released Apr 22, 2025.

Dependencies in examples/webpack are updated to latest minor versions as a response to a moderate severity vulnerability CVE-2025-32996, reported during the Cypress update, for http-proxy-middleware@2.0.7, which was updated to http-proxy-middleware@2.0.9.
