This version is now self-contained (#1427) — it no longer requires the .NET Desktop Runtime to run.
Minimum system requirements:
- Windows 10/11 64-bit, version 1809 (build 17763) or later
- (Optional) WebView2 Runtime 64-bit v119.0.2151 or later (for enhanced SVG support)

- Compatible with single-frame, non-animated image formats
- Supports scaling from 1px to 16384px

- Note: Similar to other editing features, saving the resized image does not include its metadata such as exif profile.
