💡 What: Added tooltips to the "Add note" and "Remove set" icon-only buttons in the InlineSetEditor row.
🎯 Why: To improve usability for sighted users by providing descriptive text when hovering over ambiguous icon-only actions.
📸 Before/After: Visual tooltips appear over the note and delete buttons on hover.
♿ Accessibility: Preserved existing
