Patch the vaults default AutoUpdate settings to false to prevent updates from ever downloading.

Same method can be used to disable telemetry by default which is what my repo does. Only did the update part in this PR as I wasn't sure if that was of interest at all. |

Currently the updates download and will error out due to the non-writable executables
