ci: fix unresolvable action pins in Ollama integration workflow - #5

The workflow pinned actions/checkout and actions/setup-java to commit SHAs that do not exist, so every scheduled run failed before any step executed. Use the same verified pins as ci.yml (checkout v7, setup-java v5).
