feat: convert to Spring AI Community parent and version-agnostic starter - #7

- Inherit from org.springaicommunity:spring-ai-community-parent:1.0.0 instead of spring-boot-starter-parent - Switch the Maven groupId to org.springaicommunity and rename the example packages to org.springaicommunity.agentsmd - Decouple the starter from pinned Spring Boot and Spring AI versions with overridable spring-boot.version / spring-ai.version properties; publish flattened POMs without dependencyManagement and with optional framework dependencies so consuming applications' versions win - Add a CI matrix over the supported Spring Boot (4.1.x) and Spring AI (2.0.x) combinations - Adopt spring-ai-community reusable workflows for CI, snapshot publishing, and Maven Central releases; add .github/project.yml - Document version compatibility in the README

The matrix job reports per-combination check contexts such as "build (boot 4.1.0, spring-ai 2.0.0) / build", so the "Protect main" ruleset's required status check (context "build") never reported and blocked merges. Add a non-matrix build job that depends on the matrix to publish the top-level "build" check the ruleset expects.
