This PR resolves several issues in the routes-b module: Cloudinary environment configuration check (fetches variables dynamically to prevent import-time crashes and allow Vitest stubs), added GIF format support for avatar file signature sniffing and validation, fixed 500 error in search validation test by properly mocking all Prisma methods inside beforeEach reset, and fixed withdrawals analytics query response shape to output both top-level and nested withdrawals object to satisfy all test suites.
