The PGDATA directory for the
timescaledb-haimage is/home/postgres/pgdata/data. When set to/var/lib/postgresql/data(the PGDATA directory for thetimescaledbimage), table data will not persist across runs.See: https://docs.timescale.com/self-hosted/latest/install/installation-docker/
