iOS is a pain when it comes to events. It fires resize and scroll on a normal scroll gesture AND on rotation. It was mainly working but it failed to detect the top stop.

Should work like a charm.
Tested on a fixed width layout that zooms out on rotation so with fluid it's possible that it will not work as expected (read: needs testing).
