Description

This PR implements standard open-source protocols and removes non-professional elements (emojis) from the codebase to align with industry standards.

Changes

• Critical Review: Added CRITICAL_REVIEW.md analyzing the repository.
• Implementation Plan: Added IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md outlining the standardization steps.
• OSS Files: Added CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SECURITY.md, and a Pull Request template.
• Code Cleanup: Removed emojis from build.ts logs and README.md.
• Documentation: Updated README.md to link to the new community files.
