datasets through the HDA desp_cache route (authentication, STAC search,
lazy access with xarray, and a sea ice case study), executed against
production.
HDA catalog, checking which ones expose zarr assets through desp_cache.
Main finding: the desp_cache route works end to end, but only 2 of the 40
DT collections currently serve zarr through it (IFS-NEMO and ICON,
ScenarioMIP SSP3-7.0).
