A simple form creating web app with some experimental and creative UI/UX elements to make it more interesting. Developed using NextJS, TypeScript, Prisma & tRPC, with PostgreSQL as the database and TailwindCSS as the CSS framework. The app includes user authentication and offers creation & filling of forms even if the user is unauthenticated. Editing of forms is also available, if the form was created by an authenticated user.
