feat: add ndvi filter slider to NAIP-mosaic example

Change list

• Add filter slider to example when ndvi is selected as the render mode
• Uncomment gpu module to use ndvi pixel filter, to discard pixels whose ndvi value falls out of the given range.
• More docstrings on functions and types in the example
