docs: add authoritative further reading

Adds a concise Further reading section with primary sources for ReAct, MCP, doubly robust off-policy evaluation, context engineering, and AI risk management. It also explicitly prevents readers from interpreting inclusion as an implementation claim or synthetic offline results as production validation.
