Summary

  • add an installed-binary gate covering install.sh, onboarding boot on an ephemeral port, and admin subcommands
  • add a real WORKFLOW.md hot-reload gate that verifies the running project reloads without recreating the orchestrator

Fixes #43

Test Plan

  • go test . ./internal/project
  • make check
