implements the accepted ChatGPT desktop compatibility loop on one integration branch. work is proceeding slice by slice with red and green commits, independent review, and exact-commit CI gates.
intended effect for end users
ChatGPT desktop will be able to open and keep Forgejo and Codeberg pull requests current through the installed gh process interface, while github.com continues to use the verified real GitHub CLI.
