druntime: move core/thread/threadasm.S to src/core/thread/fiber/

I noticed that threadasm.S contains only implementation of fiber_switchContext which mentioned and used only in core.thread.fiber package

I propose to rename and move threadasm.S file again, to core/thread/fiber
