[codex] Add dual-mode estimate studio workflow

What changed

• rebuilt the estimate studio around the current workbook and estimator flow
• added selectable 임원 보고형 and 현장 견적 실무형 views on /estimate
• refreshed the industrial EPC visual language and supporting analytics/headers
• kept the reference workbook review-before-apply flow in place

Why

• executives and field estimators need different information density and layout priority even when they rely on the same calculation engine
• this change lets both audiences use the same source of truth without splitting the workflow into separate pages

Impact

• /estimate now supports mode switching without changing the underlying numbers
• executive users get summary, readiness, and cost-driver views first
• field users keep the detailed tree/table/editor workflow for estimate operations

Validation

• npm.cmd run build
• verified local dev server response on http://localhost:3000/estimate
• confirmed mode-related text renders in the page response
