Add Boat to the sandbox provider guides, overview, and sidebar. Cover passing resolved values and running a Boat-hosted Varlock broker, with TypeScript examples, placeholder verification, and cleanup. Explain Boat's hosted URL authentication and the limits of guest egress enforcement.

Validation: the documentation build and extracted TypeScript examples pass. Both examples ran against live Boat sandboxes with Varlock 1.23.0 and @boatdev/sdk 1.10.0, using an explicit organization wallet and disposable small VMs with snapshots and monitoring disabled. Additional checks verified HTTPS credential injection with a dummy value, invalid-token rejection, strict proxy policy, temporary certificate cleanup, and completed sandbox deletion. Local validation also covered seven mocked SDK scenarios and 68 proxy tests.

Thanks @trevordcampbell! Your commit is carried over (with your authorship) in #1255, which also fixes the root cause behind the manual NODE_USE_ENV_PROXY=1 step: proxy run --url now sets it like local mode does. Closing this in favour of that one.
