SO: Windows
Docker and docker compose running on WSL (Ubuntu).

Docker Version: 26.1.3
Docker Compose version v2.32.4

Those changes fixed problems to bringing up the database and pull_model services. The other apps didn't run because these dependencies.

The order:

docker-compose up llm
docker-compose up database pull-model
docker-compose up


          fix: Dockerfile to build and pull images.
