Clearing out CircleCI warnings
Replaces the deprecated
circleci/*and old Python images withcimg/*, usesnpm ci --ignore-scripts, and addsstore_test_results(jasmine and ESLint JUnit) to all three jobs. Stacked on #200.Issue
