Yes!
The education material matter so much! I think the mother tree in Avatar is some thought of idealistic approach: individuals will download (learn), live their life (do/execute) and upload (share & aggregate)
It doesn't touch on how knowledge aggregation works, and simplified the "plug and play" knowledge sync process, but essentially, it's a good direction to explore!

| Personalized Education recognizes the failings of industrial teaching methods and tries to target and adapt educational material, and techniques to individual students. Traditionally, this has been accomplished through highly trained teachers with small groups or self/group driven learning methods. Technology can partially be used now to advance this by increasing the reach of teachers in terms of beurocatic efficiency, and bridging physical distance divides. Advanced AI can be developed in order to automatically track, determine optimal teaching methods, and actually teach in a way uniquely specialized to the individual. Open source education material will be a great building block, and collaborative space to both develop educational AI as well as an great way for it to codevelop better/new material with people and other AIs. |

Industial teaching is a result of expanding demand of talents due to industrialization, I think it worked by the scaling law of manufacturing model and it saturates as our economic growth saturates due to the growing complex of the monolith poli-economic model.

I think these are really good comments! Let's make sure the format doesn't break and we can merge them.
I've also been thinking about what's a better way to live and grow such white-paper or ideas. Git flow seems to be overkilling, but I know it is the effective way to make incremental improvement.
Maybe at certain point, I should archive this as reference and start a new doc with higher-level structure and invite everyone to replot it out!
