Updating the GRNsight Server

In the process of updating to a new version of GRNsight's beta branch, the following steps must be taken to update the server:

Use ssh [email protected] to connect to the server via ssh (with authentication performed by having a known SSH key)
cd /data/GRNsight-beta and git pull
Test http://dondi.github.io/GRNsight/beta
