- Introduce RootOfTrust + CompositeSecurityProvider, sealed monotonic u64 helpers, and SecureTimeFloor
- Upgrade MQTT sessions to v4 hybrid DH+KEM double ratchet with budgets and downgrade resistance
- Add OSCORE client backend for CoAP behind coap-oscore feature and update security docs/invariants
