Folder and Asset Icon background containers shade is off #34120

Closed as not planned

Description

Define the Problem

The background rectangle container for folders and other icons seems too saturated don't you think? maybe a more subtle background wouldn't be as distracting? I know getting rid of it brings a different problem we fixed with the rectangle (icons of different sizes making the list hard to parse) but i am just wondering if a more subtle shade would be better to not make the page as busy.
This problem is happening because the starter doesn't load the right figma and custom system colors, but all of that might be moot once the primerNG uddate and theme pick up is complete, so reevaluate this UX requirment after that is complete so we clear that dependency.
