Document OpenGL ES binding migrations

Documents the deprecated managed OpenGL ES wrapper types with their binding-defined replacement interfaces, and documents the shared Android OpenGL ES marker interface. This is a partial increment; 1,923 scoped To be added. placeholders remain.

• Android Open Source Project GL.java verifies the marker-interface relationship where the Android reference has no narrative. The XML already contains the required AOSP attribution.
• The edited XML binding metadata supplies the explicit Obsolete replacement types.

Validation

• Parsed all five edited XML files with PowerShell's XML parser.
• Verified every edited file retains CRLF line endings with zero lone LF bytes.
• Ran git diff --check.
• Counted 1,923 remaining To be added. placeholders in docs/xml/Javax.Microedition.Khronos.Opengles.
