Ready when Rector 2.3.0 released, rector/rector can be updated to: - "rector/rector": "dev-main",

@peterfox @GeniJaho @driftingly feel free to take care of bump rector to "^2.3.0" on composer.json on this my branch if I am not available when rector 2.3.0 released so can have new compatible immediate release after that :) |

This rector requirement can be updated to
^2.3.0once 2.3.0 released.
