* Update offline package export Update the initial WSUS offline export/import package CreationTime="2015-06-10T16:47:55Z" FormatVersion="1.0" ProtocolVersion="1.8" to CreationTime="2020-04-21T23:50:06Z" FormatVersion="1.0" ProtocolVersion="1.20" Fixes #51 * Update CHANGELOG.md as I've released a full version since the PR was opened, I'm putting that line where it should.
