build(deps): bump ip, lerna and pacote

Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip), [lerna](https://github.com/lerna/lerna/tree/HEAD/packages/lerna) and [pacote](https://github.com/npm/pacote). These dependencies need to be updated together.
