build(deps): bump got, nodemon and tsd

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got), [nodemon](https://github.com/remy/nodemon) and [tsd](https://github.com/SamVerschueren/tsd). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `nodemon` from 1.19.4 to 3.0.1
