e2b version bump

Note

Bumps e2b to 2.3.0 across JS and Python and updates CI to use Deno v2.

• Dependencies:
  • Upgrade e2b from ^2.2.1 to ^2.3.0 in js/package.json and python/pyproject.toml.
  • Update locks: pnpm-lock.yaml (includes [email protected], [email protected], adds chalk@5, and sets e2b engines to Node >=20) and python/poetry.lock (adds rich, markdown-it-py, mdurl, pygments).
• CI:
  • In .github/workflows/js_tests.yml, switch Deno setup from denoland/setup-deno@v1 with v1.x to @v2 with v2.x.
• Changesets:
  • Add .changeset/cold-deers-know.md declaring minor releases for @e2b/code-interpreter and @e2b/code-interpreter-python noting e2b 2.3.0 with build system 2.0.
