Adding the server URL to the invitation code using “@”. #90

Closes #82

It can temporarily overwrite oct.serverUrl by writing the invitation code@URL.
And “https://” can be omitted, and “http://” can be omitted if “@@” is used.

I cannot create an Eclipse account because I created a GitHub account using a Gmail alias and the email address contains “+”.

FYI @akenejie, you don't need to create an eclipse account with the same email address that you used for your GitHub account. It just needs to be the same email address that was used to create the commits. Meaning that you can adjust the email used to create the commit in your git client.
