New functionality for the MARS adaptor that should allow us to hide the differences in the new MARS client's treatment of sub-areas for pre-interpolated regular lat-lon grids and uninterpolated native grids, for use when a dataset is a mix of both. It allows you to specify the pre-interpolation grid in the config, which causes sub-areas to be snapped to that grid prior to execution, hiding the fact that they're actually on the native grid when the interpolation is done.
